Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Entry Level Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts and fostering strong relationships to drive business growth.
Duties
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and upselling to existing clients - Lead negotiations and contract discussions - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop strategic plans - Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue targets - Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction - Develop and implement business development strategies Experience - Proven experience in account management, technology sales, or related field - Strong sales acumen with the ability to lead and motivate a team - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively - Demonstrated leadership skills in managing client relationships - Experience in business development is a plus
