This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and have excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, and have the ability to work well with others. Our Telephone Representatives are responsible for retrieving and inputting data, booking at least 2 families per day, and troubleshooting customer problems. Responsibilities: - Conduct calls to prospective guest using provided contact lists - Expect to continuous call throughout shift - Identify guest needs and provide relevant information about our offerings - Answer guest questions and address concerns effectively - Send 10-12 families on vacation per week - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals - Continuously update knowledge of our developer, destinations and company needs Skills: - Strong negotiation skills to persuade potential guest and make reservation - Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred - Ability to make warm calls to potential customers based on provided leads - Knowledge of technical sales concepts and ability to explain complex products or services - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and goals Job Type: Full-time Pay: $400.00 - $3,000.00 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply!
