Overview We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Lot Attendant to join us at our independant car lot. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our lot is organized, vehicles are well-presented, and customers receive exceptional service. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members. Duties * Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot, ensuring all vehicles are properly parked and displayed. * Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent guest services throughout their visit. * Drive vehicles as needed for customer test drives or vehicle deliveries. * Support during busy periods, ensuring efficient vehicle retrieval and parking. * Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations. * Perform basic maintenance checks on vehicles, reporting any issues to management. * Assist in managing inventory by keeping track of vehicle locations and status. Experience * Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with cash register operations is a plus. * Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is essential. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as communication with diverse clientele is valued. * Experience in guest services or hospitality roles will be beneficial in providing exceptional customer experiences. * A valid driver's license is required for this position.
