Join Our Team as a Fitness Sales Consultant at The Trainer Page! Are you excited about combining your passion for fitness with a rewarding career in sales? About Us: The Trainer Page is a rapidly growing fitness studio, and we're looking to add a full-time Fitness Sales Consultant to our team. As a key player in our growth, you'll be the first point of contact for prospects, educating them on how our Sweat Therapy sessions can help them achieve their health and wellness goals. You'll guide them through their first session, answer all their questions, and ultimately, help them commit to a membership. What You 'll Do: * You'll actively connect with potential members, making up to 100 calls per day to interested leads and conducting 2-3 sales consultations per shift. * Be the face of The Trainer Page at promotional events, engaging with attendees to introduce them to our studio and assess their fit. * You'll be trained in our high-level sales process, equipping you with the skills to excel and maintain our strong close rate of over 75%. * Your primary responsibility is to sell memberships, ensuring a high conversion rate and maximizing every opportunity to grow our member base.
