This is an in-house employment opportunity with full time vacancy currently available. A commute is required. Immediate availability is needed for this job. We are currently hiring a customer service representative to assist retail sales floor operations at authorized locations within the Charlotte area. The ideal applicant will have previous retail experience, communications skills, and professionalism. Customer Service and Sales Associate

Responsibilities

: - Process transactions using hand held devices or stationary cash register station - Provide friendly, courteous service while greeting guests - Acknowledge and provide information to customer inquiries - Maintain clean and organized checkout areas - Bag purchases and handle merchandise returns or exchanges - Count money at the end of each shift and reconcile cash drawers - Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise Customer Service and Sales Associate

Requirements

: - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior experience in customer service or cash handling preferred - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Thank you for your interest!
