Location: Miami, FL Job Type: Full-time Base Salary: $3,000 + $300 for transportation + attractive commissions & bonuses What Will You Do? Identify and reach out to potential clients across various industries. Present and sell our HR services, outsourcing, and staffing solutions. Build and maintain long-term business relationships. Negotiate proposals and close successful deals. Work closely with our recruitment team to ensure customer satisfaction. What Are We Looking For? Experience in outside sales (at least 1 year in the U.S.). Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure. Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish/English).
