Bilingual Sales Representative - Join Our Growing Food Distribution Family! Are you a dynamic sales professional based in Houston or Austin and fluent in both English and either Vietnamese, Mandarin, or Fukienese? Formosa Foods, a thriving family-owned foodservice distributor based in Dallas since 1979, is seeking talented bilingual individuals who are local residents of Houston and Austin areas to join our sales team. We serve restaurant, markets, and wholesalers across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana with excellence and innovation. What We Offer

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through prospecting and relationship building in your local market (Houston or Austin)
• Conduct effective sales presentations to potential customers
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships within your territory
• Prepare contracts and pricing documentation
• Contribute to team success through initiative and collaboration

Qualifications

• Location Requirement: Must be currently residing in either Houston or Austin metropolitan area
• Language Requirement: Professional bilingual fluency in English plus one of the following languages: Vietnamese, Mandarin, or Fukienese
• Preferred: 1+ year of sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of local market and business community
• Clean background check required Work Setting These are field-based positions for candidates who live in Houston or Austin areas. While our main office and distribution center are located in Dallas, you will be working within your local territory. The roles require adaptability and commitment as responsibilities may expand with our growing business. Occasional travel to our Dallas location may be required for training and team meetings.
