About Us

Bee Imagine is a fast-growing 3PL based in California, serving some of the world's top innovators in logistics and supply chain. We've recently opened a new transloading warehouse in Gardena and are looking for an experienced sales professional to help us fill it with the right clients. What You 'll Do

• Drive new business focused on transloading, cross-dock, and drayage solutions.
• Identify and close mid-to-large accounts in retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing.
• Build long-term relationships with freight forwarders, brokers, importers, and trucking companies.
• Act as the go-to point of contact for clients through onboarding and service execution.
• Collaborate with ops teams to align service capabilities with client needs. What We 're Looking For
• Experience in 3PL preferred).
• Solid book of business or strong network in the LA/Long Beach port ecosystem.
• Proven success landing accounts and growing warehouse or drayage volume.
• Highly motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.

Compensation

• Base salary + aggressive commission.
• Health benefits + growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
