We are currently seeking for dynamic candidates for an B2B Inside Sales Associate. Duties: - Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis. - Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services. - Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through warm calling techniques. - Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions. -Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. -Appointment setting: conduct cold calls via phone or email to connect with decision maker and schedule introductory sales conversation. Qualifications: - Min 2 years inside sales and cold calling experience required, preferably B2B. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools. - Knowledge of market research techniques and analysis. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
