We are looking are looking for enthusiastic, positive and motivated professional with a passion for design, possess exceptional listening and selling skills, and a love for building meaningful and long term customer relationships in multiple locations. Currently recruiting for ALL locations, but have immediate needs in our Arrowhead and Scottsdale Showrooms. What we are looking for: * Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills * Working positively within a retail showroom environment * Self motivated and willing to go the extra mile * Commitment to learning and growing * The ability to discern and coordinate colors and textures * Enjoy engaging customers to determine their needs according to taste, lifestyle, and investment range. * Knowledge of flooring, countertops and/or window coverings is a plus. * Proficient in computer and mathematical skills * Driven to meet or exceed goals * Limited local travel is required by car * Ability to work retail to including weekends and holidays What you will do: 1. Greet every guest in a helpful and courteous manner 2. Complete a design plan that excites the guest 3. Be engaged and committed to the project from start to finish 4. Stay current on design trends in the market 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail What we pay: A base pay plus commission is what you will earn. Your income opportunity is unlimited as commission is based on the more you sell the more you make.
