We are looking for a motivated and results-driven HVAC Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. * Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients. * Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries to meet or exceed sales targets. * Present and promote HVAC systems & products to clients. * Provide customized HVAC solutions tailored to client needs. * Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts. * Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. * Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities. Qualifications: * Proven sales experience, preferably in the Home Service industry. * Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and services (technical training provided if needed). * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals. * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
