Overview

: As a Service BDC Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and assisting customers with their service-related inquiries. Your goal is to enhance the customer experience by providing timely and professional service while driving business growth for our service department.

Qualifications

:

  • Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or automotive BDC is a plus
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional phone presence
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is preferred
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Interest in learning more about vehicle maintenance and dealership service operations
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Responsibilities

:

  • Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and online inquiries related to service appointments and repairs
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on service leads, appointment reminders, and customer satisfaction
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments efficiently, coordinating with the service team
  • Provide accurate information about dealership services, promotions, and warranty programs
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while handling customer concerns and inquiries
  • Update and maintain customer records in the dealership's CRM system
  • Assist in marketing efforts by promoting service specials and loyalty programs
  • Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure seamless customer interactions
