Job Summary

: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product knowledge and information to customers - Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Handle customer inquiries

Requirements

: -Outgoing personality - Excellent verbal communication skills in English - Strong phone etiquette skills - Ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers - Previous experience in jewelry sales, wireless sales, technology sales, or retail sales (preferred) - An eye or interest in design/home decoration - Ability to multi-task - Flexible availability, including afternoons and some Saturdays Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
