This role is perfect for someone ready to advance beyond entry-level and take on more responsibility in a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities: * Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain records for job intake, leads, and commissions. * Job & Lead Intake: Act as the first point of contact for new projects, ensuring all necessary details are recorded efficiently. * Commission Audits: Prepare and review commission reports for accuracy and compliance. * Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, filing, and correspondence to streamline operations. * Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with sales representatives, project managers, and other teams to ensure smooth workflows. * Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and optimize processes. Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or operations role. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Experience in the restoration industry is a plus but not required.
