Regional Account Sales Representative Location: Florida/Georgia (Based in Central Florida) Job Type: Full-Time | Hourly ($25-29/hr based on experience) Position Summary Auto Glass Brands is seeking a motivated and personable Regional Account Sales Representative to drive business development efforts in the Florida and Georgia markets. This role is responsible for prospecting, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with insurance agencies, body shops, car dealerships, and commercial/fleet accounts. Your goal is to increase referral volume, build long-term partnerships, and expand brand awareness within the local business community. This is an in-person, field-based position that requires regular travel throughout the territory to engage with current and potential business partners. This position also requires frequent telephone prospecting and follow-up to bridge communications between in-person visits. Key Responsibilities * Proactively generate new leads and schedule in-person visits with targeted accounts in your territory * Build strong, ongoing relationships with insurance agents, body shop managers, service advisors, and fleet operators * Promote the value and reliability of Auto Glass Brands' services, processes, and customer satisfaction track record * Track and manage a pipeline of active leads and follow-ups using CRM tools * Deliver branded marketing materials and keep accounts updated with current service offerings and promotions * Identify opportunities to upsell value-added services such as ADAS recalibration and mobile repair capabilities * Resolve account issues quickly and professionally in partnership with internal operations * Meet or exceed monthly visit targets, lead generation goals, and account retention benchmarks * Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm at all times Qualifications * 2+ years of B2B outside sales or route-based account management experience preferred * Auto glass, insurance, or fleet industry experience is a strong plus * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to adapt your approach based on multiple customer types * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to manage time independently * Organized and detail-oriented with consistent follow-up habits * Proficient with basic technology (CRM, email, tablet/smartphone apps) * Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record * Must be comfortable being on the road daily across the Florida/Georgia geographical areas, including occasional overnight travel Schedule & Compensation * Hours: Monday-Friday, daytime schedule (40 hours/week) * Pay: $25-$29 per hour based on experience * Some overnight travel is required * Bonus potential Benefits: * 401(k) with company match * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Company Gas Card * Vehicle Reimbursement Why Join Auto Glass Brands?
