MassageLuxe is the industry leader in wellness, providing massage therapy, professional skincare, and stretch services to thousands of members and guests. The ideal candidate for this position would have experience in sales or customer service. Spa, Salon, or Fitness industry experience is preferred but not required. An understanding of how to maximize every opportunity to drive member sign up and grow the clinic is a must! MUST BE AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS JOB DESCRIPTION: * ENERGETIC AND OUTGOING! * Enrolls new members. * Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive environment * Establishes and maintains an effective referral program * Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls * Maintains accurate records using established MassageLuxe systems * Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients (lead nurturing) * Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns * Has exceptional customer service with a friendly disposition * Properly onboard new members to create an amazing first impression and experience. * Works closely with massage therapist and esthetician team to ensure that processes are fulfilled * Shifts are a mixture of days, nights, and weekends Additional Compensation: * Bonuses * Commission * Store Discounts * Products Discounts Communication method(s) used: * Phone * In person This Job Is: * Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma Work Remotely * No Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $14.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan Schedule: * Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Education: * High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: * customer service: 1 year (Preferred) * Front Desk: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: One location Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
