Overview

: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead and inspire our accomplished sales team. This role offers the opportunity to manage sales operations, achieve sales targets, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in a vibrant and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Lead and Develop: Manage and develop a talented sales team, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Drive individual and team sales performance to meet and exceed targets.
• Customer Experience: Create memorable moments for our clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-term relationships.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee efficient floor management and daily operations.
• Training and Onboarding: Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed.
• Conflict Resolution: Handle customer and team conflicts with professionalism and care. Performance Metrics:
• Sales Targets: Consistently achieve monthly and yearly team sales goals.
• Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings through positive reviews and feedback.
• Team Development: Ensure all team members complete required training and development programs.

Qualifications

:

• Retail sales management experience, preferably in luxury sales.
• Proven track record of sales success and strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
