Job Description

As a Commercial Lines Sales Representative you will be responsible for effective management of existing customers along with development and acquisition of new customers. You will be counted on for strategic development and growth of profitable existing customer relationships with a focus on retaining and selling new and featured products to ensure continued growth. Leads and marketing will be provided. The ideal candidate:

• Holds a Life license in addition to their P&C license
• Has one or more years of insurance sales experience with a verifiable track record
• Is self-directed
• Possesses an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Is ambitious and motivated to be a TOP GUN

Compensation

includes:

• Semi-monthly base
• New business commission
• Performance bonuses
• Paid time off
• Potential work-from-home Salary: $42000.00 - $120000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Prospect and communicate with commercial insurance consumers.
• Build a pipeline and close consumers efficiently with the leads provided
• Building relationships with current clients
• Generating referrals and additional opportunities throughout the sales process
