Position Overview The Account Manager position is a crucial role in shaping and leading operations and front-line teams serving passengers and carriers. The Account Manager makes well-informed operational decisions, models the company culture, and is accountable for people development, process efficiency, budgets, and profitability. If you have at least three to five years of "above the wing" airline passenger service experience in a manager position and have a proven record as a self- starter who's willing to take the right initiative to drive business performance and build an amazing team, this is the right job for you! We are currently looking for an exceptional leader who can successfully manage and achieve all business goals, drive and support a great team of professionals, deliver outstanding customer service, meet all business and training deadlines by creating a successful and collaborative work environment.
