Job Opportunity: Sales Manager - HVAC Industry Location: Pennsylvania Salary: $95,000 - $160,000 base, OTE $250,000 Are you a proven sales professional with experience in the HVAC industry? We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales efforts in Pennsylvania. About the Role As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives. You will work closely with our team of experts to provide energy-efficient HVAC solutions that meet client needs while fostering long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets. * Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the HVAC market. * Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. * Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and end-users. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands to position the company as a market leader. * Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. * Provide mentorship and support to the sales team, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
