Job Overview Key Responsibilities: * Utilize provided leads to reach out to potential clients via phone and email, scheduling appointments for our insurance agents. * Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while communicating with prospects. * Keep accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions. * Collaborate with our team to optimize appointment-setting strategies. * Meet weekly and monthly goals for scheduled appointments. Qualifications: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service is a plus. * Self-motivated and able to work independently. * Comfortable with using technology and CRM systems. * Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
