Key Responsibilities

:

  • Utilize provided leads to reach out to potential clients via phone and email, scheduling appointments for our insurance agents.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while communicating with prospects.
  • Keep accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with our team to optimize appointment-setting strategies.
  • Meet weekly and monthly goals for scheduled appointments.
Qualifications

:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable with using technology and CRM systems.
