Position Summary: Regenesis Equipment LLC is a small but growing company engaged in the sale of cutting-edge med spa and wellness technologies, including our flagship cryolipolysis brand ExoFreeze. We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and performance-driven Vice President of Sales. This role is responsible for building, managing, and scaling a high-performing sales organization that drives revenue growth, brand expansion, and market leadership in the aesthetic and wellness equipment industry. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Leadership * Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies aligned with company goals. * Build and lead a scalable national/international sales team, including inside sales, outside reps, distributors, and sales consultants. * Oversee sales forecasting, goal setting, performance metrics, and reporting Team Management & Development * Recruit, train, coach, and mentor top-tier sales talent. * Foster a results-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused culture. * Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop action plans to improve individual and team success. Business Development & Partnerships * Expand distribution channels and strategic partnerships with medspa owners, medical professionals, and equipment distributors. * Identify and open new markets domestically and internationally. Customer & Market Insights * Understand customer needs, pain points, and industry trends to inform product development and marketing. * Act as a key liaison between sales, marketing, product development, and customer service. Revenue Growth & Sales Execution * Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. * Implement systems to streamline lead generation, conversion, and onboarding of new clients. * Optimize CRM use and sales enablement tools to increase efficiency and visibility. Qualifications: * 5+ years of sales experience with 1+ years in a senior leadership role; preferably in aesthetics, medspa, wellness equipment, or health tech. * Proven track record of scaling sales organizations and consistently exceeding revenue goals. * Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, equipment sales, and recurring revenue models. * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environment. * Experience with CRM systems, analytics tools, and digital sales strategies.
