WE ARE ADDING TO OUR SALES STAFF! We sell remanufactured engines (gas and diesel), transmissions, transfer cases and differentials to the public and automotive shops across the nation from 8am to 5pm Mon thru Fri. Our average sellers will make $45-60k per year, top earners reaching about 85k. We do not operate off of cold calling; instead we utilize Google to generate credible leads. Our sales agents make $12.50/hr plus commissions and bonuses. In addition to full benefits that start on day 1, we also offer a casual work environment that promotes cohesion and synergy rather than the "cutthroat" sales mentality found elsewhere. What we don't offer is some silly pay plan that shows you getting rich in six weeks but somehow never really exists. The training period is a tentative 4 week period and pays $15/hr for 4 weeks, then you earn hourly ($12.50) plus commission. Trainee can go full commission before the 4 weeks is up if they feel they are ready. (Most trainees require 1-2 weeks of training.) We hire based upon attitude and aptitude. You do not need to be an auto parts expert - we will give you all of the training and tools to be successful. A good attitude and a will to work are required here at Powertrain Company.
