Automotive Sales Consultant Benefits: * Health, dental and vision insurance * 401k Company Match * Paid Vacation * Paid Training * Growth opportunities * Employee Discount Automotive Sales Consultant Responsibilities: * Use dealership software to develop business via phone calls, text, and emails * Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers * Daily knowledge of used car inventory * Keep abreast of features, conditions, and warranty status of used vehicle makes and models * Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources * Work with Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations * Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and closing sales * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor * Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends * Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently Automotive Sales Consultant Requirements: * Must possess excellent phone skills * Prior telemarketing experience a huge plus * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Positive attitude and outgoing demeanor * Excellent time management and organizational abilities * Proficiency in English, both verbal and written Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 12 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay * Monthly bonus * Performance bonus * Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
