Overview

: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, managing incoming inquiries, providing quotes, and converting leads into scheduled jobs. Additionally, you'll conduct quality control follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and encourage positive reviews.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Handle all incoming calls and online inquiries for service quotes.
• Promptly prepare and send detailed service quotes to clients.
• Follow up with clients to answer questions and convert leads into scheduled jobs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Conduct post-service follow-up calls to assess client satisfaction.
• Encourage satisfied clients to leave positive reviews on platforms like Google.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite
