Success is determined by correct adherence to our best practices and other teachings, not by whether a vehicle sells or not. * Attention to detail: A large part of this position will require accurate and thorough notes in our CRM system. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on understanding customers needs. * Ability to follow structured processes and ensure that customer interactions meet our high standards. * A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a focus on customer satisfaction * Valid Drivers License.
