The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team. You will be a key contributor to our sales team's success. You will provide outstanding customer service by acting as liaison between the sales team and the client. KARRASS has been the go-to company for negotiation training seminars over the last 50 years. More than 1,500,000 professionals have attended KARRASS seminars over the last 55 years. As Sales Assistant, your primary focus will be working with our Sales Team to manage client relationships. This includes following up on post-sale client communications, some execution of sales initiatives, and lead generating. You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including a high level of comfort with Excel/Word and a CRM. Must have the ability to effectively project, manage, and monitor client relationships. * Requirements: Bi-lingual English/Spanish. Excellent phone manner, able to communicate both verbally and in writing, high-level attention to detail, Microsoft Office Suite Experience (heavy Outlook). Experience in a customer/client service capacity. Bachelor's Degree and Dynamics CRM or SalesForce/ Sales experience preferred. Bi-lingual English/Spanish.
