We are hiring a Retail Associate in Cincinnati, OH. Our Cashiers provide open, friendly and enthusiastic service to each of our customers. The Day to Day: * Assist with various store functions and activities as directed by the store manager * Perform keyholder duties as necessary * Adhere to all store policies and safety guidelines * Assist customers with sales and other transactions while delivering amazing customer service * Maintain service that is efficient,, easy and fun by listening to customer needs and sharing relevant product information * Have a working knowledge of current products * Provide change during customer transactions * Ensure that register area is clean and presentable throughout the day * Work with team members to ensure an excellent shopping experience for customers while maintaining the store vibe * Drive sales through product recommendations * Flexible to support other areas * Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned What You'll Need: * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills * Strong organization and follow-through * A knack for problem solving * Effective customer engagement techniques * Ability to use the POS interface * The cashier will need to be able to stand for multiple hours and lift items to be scanned at the register Reports To: Team Lead Please submit your resume to apply!
