At Panda Kitchen and Bath, we are expanding our sales team to align with our growing wholesale business. We're searching for a Sales Representative with a hunter mindset. In this role, you'll need to have drive and grit to identify new national and international opportunities. You'll need to be self-driven, highly independent, and have a passion for selling. Responsibilities: * Present and sell wholesale cabinet inventory to new national and international clients. * Maintain a constant flow of prospects into and out of the sales funnel. * Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs. * Expand business reach through networking techniques. * Comply with company standards and regulations. * Create and lead a sales and business development strategy that successfully allows the company to meet its monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. * Accurately enter sales into management system, and process appropriate paperwork. * Take ownership of the sales process from initial call to post-sale follow-up * Conducting market research to determine a target audience's needs, wants, habits, interests, and other relevant factors used in creating targeted selling. Qualifications: * Previous high-level sales experience (cabinet industry a plus), customer service, or other related fields. * Ability to manage accounts of all sizes and all types. * Driven mindset with strong negotiation and persuasion skills. * Demonstration of dynamic communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with all types of personalities. * Go-getter, self-starter, and team player. * General high level of enthusiasm, creative, and innovative ability. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to prioritize and multitask Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $52,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed License/Certification: * Driver's License (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Miami, FL 33166 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Miami, FL 33166: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Miami, FL 33166
