What we offer: * Earn* _over $100k_ * Sign On Bonuses dependent on experience * Employee referral program * Growth from Within, Management Opportunities * Paid time off and vacation * Paid Sick Leave * Paid Family Leave * Flexible Scheduling * Health insurance * 401K with Company Match * Employee Vehicle Purchase Plans * Free lunches on Saturdays * Strong Community Involvement * Sales Manager Training Program * 5 day work week * Closed on Sundays * Responsibilities will include: * Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers * Respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner * Assist customers in vehicle selection based on their needs * Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online * Check email frequently and respond to inquiries in a timely manner * Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly * Accurately logging activities on the internal lead management system * Generating leads for our F&I managers * Delivering sold vehicles personally to ensure quality service and to generate referrals Specific skills required: * Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred * Prior sales or customer service experience preferred * Self-driven and motivated to achieve results * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Experience generating and/or building a loyal client base highly regarded * Knowledge of current trends and news, plus a strong desire to learn more and do more * Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook * Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages * Clean driving record & valid driver's license Volkswagen of South Charlotte believes that its strength, continued success, future growth and profitability depend on building trusting relationships with our employees, customers and industry partners.
