Full description of the position

Integrity First, Service before self, Excellence in All We Do! We are looking to add to our team a pool repair sales and installation technician. A lot of focus on creating invoices and follow up with quotes. Residential repair and diagnosis experience of 5 years or greater. Strong communication and organization skills are important traits needed for this position. Compensation

: $50,000 - $80,000 yearly + bonus

Responsibilities

:

• Provide detailed quotes and follow up with customers
• Review repairs and creating invoices
• Install and diagnose pool automation
• Installation and programming of variable speed pumps
• Troubleshoot plumbing and equipment leaks for repair or replacement including pumps, filters, plumbing, valves, check valves
• Identify equipment models and part numbers for replacement
• Installation of motors, variable speed pumps, filters, timers, pool lights, salt systems, or automation
• Keep records of services performed including pictures
• Instruct clients on best practices for maintaining their pool

Qualifications

:

• Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
• Five years or greater in residential pool repairs
• Able to diagnose plumbing problems and repair
• Pool Automation experience
• Heater troubleshooting experience
• Electrical knowledge, including both high and low voltage
• Problem-solving skills
