Key Responsibilities

:

• Process business office package and workers' compensation renewals
• Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding coverage and policies
• Quote new and renewal business with accuracy and efficiency
• Understand and learn company insurance products thoroughly
• Answer calls with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Access and manage client accounts and policy schedules
• Recommend products tailored to client needs

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in the insurance industry and an active Property and Casualty license are beneficial, but not required
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
• Self-starter with a friendly, professional attitude
• Solid knowledge of insurance products and concepts
• Competence with basic computer and database software
