* MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY Demonstrate full product knowledge of brand (product features, price points, fabrications, fit, promo codes) * Full knowledge of stock availabilities and sell outs. * Maintain shop appearance at all times, keeping our space organized, clean and well presented at all times. * Ensure merchandise is tagged and finger spaced at all times. * Complete all store transactions: new orders, returns, exchanges. * Help one client at a time. * Clean up and recover after helping a client before moving onto the next task. * In instances where you need to start breaks or step off the floor, sales associates are to pass over the client to the next available person to help. * Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional demeanor and presentation at all times. * Contribute to shop clientele book. * Complete opening and closing checklist * Be in company uniform during work shifts. * Report to Keyholders and store managers.
