Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling insurance products, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients. This position may involve outside sales activities, requiring a proactive approach to market our services effectively. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain a robust client base through networking and referrals. * Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance products tailored to clients' needs. * Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to explain policy options, coverage details, and benefits. * Engage in outside sales activities, including attending community events and networking opportunities to promote insurance products. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. * Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new business development. * Stay informed about industry regulations and changes in the insurance market to provide accurate information to clients. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or retail sales environments. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. * Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Familiarity with various insurance products and services is preferred but not required; training will be provided. * A valid insurance license may be required depending on state regulations.
