We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Construction Sales Representative to generate leads, close deals, and build strong client relationships. Job Responsibilities: * Proactively source and develop leads through networking, cold calling, door-to-door outreach, and referrals. * Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide accurate estimates. * Prepare and present project proposals to residential and commercial clients. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining profit margins. * Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth project execution. * Follow up with clients to maintain relationships and generate repeat business. * Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and local building codes. Qualifications: * Proven sales experience in construction, roofing, or a related industry. * Strong negotiation and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Knowledge of construction processes and materials (preferred). * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
