Responsibilities

:

• Proactively source and develop leads through networking, cold calling, door-to-door outreach, and referrals.
• Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide accurate estimates.
• Prepare and present project proposals to residential and commercial clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining profit margins.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Follow up with clients to maintain relationships and generate repeat business.
• Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and local building codes.

Qualifications

:

• Proven sales experience in construction, roofing, or a related industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of construction processes and materials (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
