Job Description: Location: Fort Smith, AR Starting Pay: $18 per hour (DOE) Our customer is currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. This position requires a professional with at least 2 years of prior account management experience who can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities: * Processing customer purchase orders (POs) * Managing customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships * Monitoring daily customer shipments * Printing and releasing work order packets for production on a daily basis * Closing work orders in the system daily * Scanning and uploading closed work orders into the system * Creating vendor POs when needed * Managing office supply inventory (once a week) * Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries professionally and promptly Account Manager Requirements: * 2+ years of previous account management experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and data entry) * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively * Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) * Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy * Ability to handle a high-stress, fast-paced environment * Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure * Must be able to pass a drug test (Positive THC will disqualify you from this position.) * High school diploma or equivalent required * Must be local to the Fort Smith area * Must have a resume Additional Requirements: * Flexibility with schedule * Strong customer service skills are a must, as you will be the primary point of contact for our customers' needs, complaints, and order-related inquiries. * Must be able to work comfortably in an office with a dog please note, no applicants who are allergic or afraid of dogs. * Must have the ability to remain a team player while handling various moving parts in the office.
