Job Description

: Location: Fort Smith, AR Starting Pay: $18 per hour (DOE) Our customer is currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. This position requires a professional with at least 2 years of prior account management experience who can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities

:

• Processing customer purchase orders (POs)
• Managing customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships
• Monitoring daily customer shipments
• Printing and releasing work order packets for production on a daily basis
• Closing work orders in the system daily
• Scanning and uploading closed work orders into the system
• Creating vendor POs when needed
• Managing office supply inventory (once a week)
• Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries professionally and promptly Account Manager

Requirements

:

• 2+ years of previous account management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and data entry)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
• Ability to handle a high-stress, fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Must be able to pass a drug test (Positive THC will disqualify you from this position.)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be local to the Fort Smith area

• Strong customer service skills are a must, as you will be the primary point of contact for our customers' needs, complaints, and order-related inquiries.
