Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. * Conduct thorough needs analysis for clients to identify appropriate insurance products that meet their requirements. * Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to explain policy details, coverage options, and terms. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks through sales administration tools. * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the policy lifecycle. * Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and changes in regulations affecting insurance products. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques.
