Account Manager Strike Marketing is a full-service marketing agency. Our agency is composed of unique individuals with fresh ideas and a common drive for success. We are currently looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. What does an Account Manager do? Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing marketing plans. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including media buyers and the digital team) to improve the entire customer experience. Responsibilities * Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships * Negotiate contracts with lead * Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders * Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives * Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders * Recommend and manage Marketing Plans for key accounts * Oversee reporting metrics on key accounts * Prepare reports/ recaps on account status * Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all account elements are executed Required skills and knowledge High level internal and external communication skills Highly detail-oriented, with exceptional interpersonal skills Ability to juggle multiple major priorities while problem-solving daily challenges Experience managing creative deliverables/projects Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and Google Docs. Must possess initiative, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task to meet simultaneous deadlines.
