Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience, driving sales, educating customers and ensuring customer satisfaction in our retail environment. Duties * Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries. * Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle customer calls and provide information about products and services. * Communicate product features and benefits to customers, facilitating informed purchasing decisions. * Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and enhance the overall sales experience. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and inventory levels to assist customers effectively. * Support store operations by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. * Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve store performance. Requirements * High school diploma or GED is required * Driver license is required * Must be 21+ to apply * Previous experience in retail sales is required * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. * Proficiency in cash handling procedures and basic math skills. * Ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive customer experience. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse customers. * A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork is essential. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
