Customer Service Representative: * * Answers inbound calls to assist current ScherZinger customers. * Provides solutions for current customers and prospective customers based on their needs. * Document and update customer profiles for best experience throughout their entire ScherZinger Experience. * Utilize technology such as phones, software, and CRM. What You Bring: * * Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a call center environment (in office) * High School Diploma or GED * Sales or Inside Sales Experience is preferred * Must exemplify our company 's core values: service heart, success drive, & value reputation. *All employees must pass pre-employment screenings and background check.
