Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our databases, ensuring that all information is up-to- date and easily accessible. This role requires strong administrative skills and a commitment to maintaining data integrity while supporting various office functions. Duties * Manage order entry processes, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. * Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easy retrieval. * Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and copying documents. * Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency across platforms. * Perform regular audits of data to identify discrepancies and correct errors. Requirements * Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role. * Proficiency in using databases and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. * Ability to transcribe information quickly while maintaining quality standards. * Familiarity with order entry processes is a plus. * Strong clerical skills, including filing and document management.
