Full description of the position

Summary/objective HTE Technologies a wholly owned subsidiary of Tavoron has been the region's leading industrial productivity services company serving the manufacturing and process industries with both equipment and services including compressed air, vacuum, blowers, and cooling water systems. We continue to grow and need an additional team member. We are seeking a Service Support Coordinator , the ideal candidate must be able to identify and provide reliable solutions for all customer requests to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the service process. Responsible for coordinating parts, repair services and maintenance contracts along with other service-related items to their customers and our service technicians. Essential functions * Gain specialized technical knowledge about our product lines, their applications, and our vendors to better assist our customers. * Primary direct contact for customers. * Provide superior customer service, including timely processing, communication, and follow-through of all inquiries, quotes, orders, complaints, returns, and corrections. * Gain extensive knowledge of account and requirements and special-handling situations; the ability to get the desired results for each individual customer. * Gain and maintain proficiency with all applicable inside sales functionality within quote/order processing software. * Gain, maintain, and document knowledge of both customer and vendor portals. * Gather and provide relevant information to sales and management teams, documenting information as applicable. * Work cooperatively with other associates; be a team player. * Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission and values. * Maintain professional business relationships within target accounts. * Provide status of ongoing projects and future projects. * Identify customer's needs and sales opportunities to help future growth. * Complete other tasks as requested. None Required education and experience. * Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two (2) years related experience. * Mechanical aptitude. * Superior customer relation skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office. * Strong problem-solving skills. * Strong communication, Interpersonal and organizational skills.
