Overview

: Established multi-generation State Farm agency is seeking an bi-lingual, Spanish speaking insurance sales professional to join their team. Our primary location is at 5530 Windward Parkway, Alpharetta, Ga. We are located at Exit 11 just of Ga 400.

Responsibilities

:

• Use a customer-focused, needs- based review process to educate customers and prospective customers about their insurance options
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
• Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services

Qualifications

: - Position requires prior sales experience with property and casualty (P &C) insurance or experience with sale of life insurance. Prior experience with State Farm is a plus but not required.

Compensation

Plan Designed to Attract Proven Performers Market leading compensation plan including base salary plus commission. On target performance provides up to 10% P&C and 50% Life commissions plus base compensation. Up to 7 leads provided to each team member each day at no cost.
