About Us: Glavic Clinic is a leading European neurorehabilitation center with over 30 years of experience in helping patients regain movement, independence, and quality of life through highly individualized therapy programs and advanced robotic technology. After successfully expanding internationally, we've recently opened our first U.S. clinic in Miami , Florida, and are actively preparing to launch our next center in Houston, Texas. With a proven track record of life-changing results, we are now building a dedicated team in the U.S. to bring our mission to more patients. The Role: We're looking for a passionate and driven Sales Representative to join our Miami team and help us reach individuals, families, healthcare providers, hospitals, and organizations who can benefit from our unique neurorehabilitation programs. This is not just a sales role - it's about spreading awareness, educating the community, and guiding patients through a journey that could transform their lives. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, physicians, rehab centers, hospitals, insurance companies, and community partners * Proactively identify and connect with potential referral sources and collaborators * Represent Glavic Clinic at events, conferences, and educational sessions * Support the creation and promotion of therapy packages and customized programs * Work closely with the marketing team to align local outreach efforts * Manage leads through our CRM system and provide regular reporting on outreach activities * Assist with onboarding new patients, including evaluations and service consultations You Are: * Experienced in sales, preferably in healthcare, insurance, medical services, or premium client-based industries * An excellent communicator who is confident presenting to individuals and groups * Personable, proactive, and highly motivated by purpose-driven work * Fluent in English (Spanish is a strong plus) * Based in or near Miami and willing to travel locally * Familiar with the South Florida healthcare landscape (bonus) What We Offer: * A meaningful role with real-life impact on patients and families * A chance to be part of a globally recognized clinic with over 30 years of excellence * Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses * Growth opportunities as we expand across the U.S. * Supportive, international team and ongoing training Job Type: Full-time Pay: $66,770.00 - $78,555.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * 8 hour shift Work Location: Hybrid remote in Miami, FL 33126
