Parts Outside Sales Associate Bluegrass Hydronics and Pump (BHP) has become a leading manufacturer's representative in the industry for pumps, boilers, tanks, heat transfer equipment and anything in between. BHP conducts business with a high level of competence, product knowledge, honesty and integrity. Our firm works closely with consulting engineers and mechanical contractors to design, sell on new construction projects, renovation projects, and replacement projects. An individual in this position will stive to grow our sales of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts, hydronic and HVAC supplies, and replacement equipment for all of our manufacturers' product lines. This individual will be asked to communicate with clients via phone/e-mail/face to face. Primary Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disability to perform the essential functions. * Drive external and internal sales efforts for hydronic and HVAC parts and equipment, while expanding the customer base. * Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Generate additional sales within the assigned territory by identifying and pursuing new opportunities. * Maintain a deep understanding of equipment, products, and services provided to clients. * Build and maintain strong supplier relationships by researching sources, comparing products, and communicating parts requirements effectively. * Prepare and follow up on customer quotes, ensuring timely completion until the order is awarded. * Monitor orders to ensure all necessary information is accurate and take proactive steps to address any discrepancies. * Uphold high ethical standards in line with company policies and values. * Build and maintain strong relationships with service contractors. * Regularly perform owner trainings, unit inspections, and presentations. * Expected travel time = 80% Education, Abilities, and Skills * High school diploma. * In-depth knowledge of hydronic and HVAC parts and equipment is essential. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail. * Proven dedication to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a safe work environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other applications. * Ability to work independently while meeting goals and deadlines.
