Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic On-Air personalities to join our growing team at BoltBreakz. In this role, you will be responsible for hosting and creating engaging content for live sports card breaks on platforms like Whatnot and others. The ideal candidate is passionate about sports, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, interactive environment. You'll engage with viewers in real-time, showcase valuable sports cards, and help promote livestream events while building your personal brand. Responsibilities

:

• Host and create engaging content for live sports card breaks on Whatnot and other platforms.
• Showcase sports cards and interact with viewers in real-time, keeping the audience entertained and engaged.
• Build your personal brand while representing the Backyard Breaks brand on stream.
• Collaborate with other team members to plan, organize, and execute successful livestreams.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in the sports card industry and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering viewer questions and ensuring an enjoyable livestream experience.
• Help with the promotion of upcoming livestream events through social media and other channels.
• Take direction and feedback from management to improve performance and consistently raise the quality of content.

Qualifications

:

• A passion for sports, with a strong understanding of the sports card industry or a willingness to learn more.
• Comfortable on camera and able to communicate confidently with viewers.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, interactive environment and can multitask effectively.
• Ability to take direction, adapt to feedback, and continuously improve content.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to engage with an audience to keep them entertained.
• Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality, comfortable interacting with viewers in real time.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for livestreaming events.

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Experience with livestreaming or content creation, preferably in a sports-related field.
• Knowledge of sports card terminology and industry trends.
• Experience using livestreaming platforms like Whatnot, Twitch, or YouTube Live.
• Strong presence on social media and a desire to grow a personal brand.
• Previous work in e-commerce, sports merchandising, or entertainment. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $1,000.00 - $4,000.00 per week Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
