Responsibilities

:

• Generate & Follow Up on Leads - Engage homeowners through door-to-door sales, referrals, and networking
• Educate Customers - Help homeowners understand insurance claims and restoration processes
• Close Deals & Manage Relationships- Guide clients through contracts, inspections, and job completion
• Door-to-Door Sales Required - Cold knocking in storm-affected areas to generate leads
• Represent WRG with Integrity - Uphold our mission of ethical service and quality workmanship Ideal Candidate

Qualifications

: Sales experience preferred, but not required (Roofing, home improvement, or construction sales a plus) Strong work ethic, motivation, and competitive drive Excellent communication & persuasion skills Ability to work independently & outdoors Valid driver 's license & reliable transportation No experience?
