Sales Representative - Residential Drainfield and Plumbing Sales We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative specializing in residential drainfield and plumbing sales. This position involves engaging with homeowners and/or businesses to provide tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a "hunter" mindset, comfortable with prospecting and developing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Conduct on-site assessments and consultations with homeowners to evaluate their drainfield and plumbing needs.
• Develop and present proposals, estimates, and service agreements to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential clients, ensuring a high level of trust and satisfaction.
• Educate homeowners on available solutions, benefits, and maintenance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and contract details using company-provided software.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and follow-up.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales.
• Strong understanding of residential plumbing and drainfield systems preferred (training on company-specific services will be provided).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Valid and insurable driver's license.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in using CRM systems or sales tracking tools (experience with ServiceTitan is a plus).

Compensation

:
